Running Blonde Weekly Wrapup ~ 5/10/10



This week I switched my focus from training endurance for the half marathon to training speed for my trip to Atlanta for the 5k #RaceRelax weekend in just 3 weeks.  They sent confirmation of my plane ticket and hotel reservation this week so it wasn't just a dream!
