Check it out! Hubs asked me to have lunch with him yesterday so we headed up to Pei Wei (pronounced Pay-Way) for a quick bite. Every time we go here I am shocked at the prices... they ROCK. My family of 5 can often eat for about $30. Insane! The food is really good and made fresh to order.Pei Wei Asian Diner is a fast-casual version of P.F. Chang's China Bistro, and one of our family's favorites. Yesterday, just J and I ordered what felt like a lot of food and check out our bill....
We paid $21.03 for the table full of food you see at the very top of this post! My favorite is the Asian Chicken Salad. Love it ... and the man that asked me out for a lunch date!

I've only eaten there one time...hubby and I had dinner there before going to the Alan Jackson concert at Red Rocks. It was the best date night ever!
I wish there was a restaurant like that for me. We wind up spending almost $50 when we go to a Chinese restaurant.

Yumm! Those spring rolls are making me salivate. Maybe my husband would take me out if the bill was only 20 bucks. Too bad there is no Pei Wei around here. :(
