    That is sooooo Great that you are doing the 30 Day Shred...Today is Day 8 for me, I'm loving it so far, but it's hard!

    Ever since I have recoved from my body wrenching back spasm fiasco, I have been working out almost every day. Mostly walking on the treadmill, but I recently added in yoga and am looking for ways to switch it up while still watching my back. Thanks for inspiring me even more. :)

    Oy... I wish I could say I've always been healthy. I go from size 4 to 16 a couple times a year. And that cannot possibly be good for me. I am trying to lose my last 13lbs from pregnancy and this time doing it very slowly... learning how to eat well and hopefully maintain a healthy weight. Having a girl really makes me more conscious of what I will be teaching her...

    I just started the EA sports Active. It is kicking my butt! Can't wait to hear about your progress over the next 30 days. We can motivate each other!

    Oh I HATE my WiiFit. It is so MEAN. I've written about my WiiFit many times in my blog.

    I may do the shredding thing if I ever get brave enough..

    Great. All this talk about being healthy and putting good stuff in your body is making me feel bad, as I sit here on the couch eating a pint of coffee ice cream and a jar of peanuts.

    30 Day Shred kicked my ass on level one...haven't gone up yet. It's my extra workout when I only have 20 minutes to spare.

    Fiona - I love your video. So honest and so true. I'm in the same place as you are. It's funny that both our videos are about us getting back on track. But, the first step is to make the decision to get on track.
