Building Self Confidence with Tae Kwon Do

It was a big day here in the Bryan household. The Rocky Mountain Tae Kwon Do association held it's Fall testing and both boys succeeded not only in passing up to their respective next belts, but they each reached personal goals and showed amazing perserverance.

Will broke his first board today. I was so blown away and it happened so fast on his first try, that I didn't even have my flip up and recording! I admire his focus and belief that anything is possible.

My guy Henry won the Junior Medal for Best Pattern! He was called out as an example by three of the black belt judges! I'm impressed with his confidence and FOCUS!
