I just did a post on this like 10 minutes ago. I am trying this again, but I am blogging about it in hopes that it will keep me doing it everyday as I did get discouraged before.
You are right...you have to find what works for you. Right now, I hate everything that makes me get off my butt. Going through alittle slump, but sticking with it!
I've been about the same size all year. The only thing that changes with my workouts is that I'm less stressed and my days are more energized. I guess that's okay... but I sure would like to see my butt shrink for all the effort, dangit!
And OMG... I hope you like my dramatics on my vlog. I need medication, I think.

I am sooo putting DO WHATEVER on a t-shirt. Nike will want to use it, they will offer me loads of money. I'll take the money, of course but; I'll be sure to mention your name ;)

yea... wrkouts make me FEEL better... but, its just getting to the point where i'll be consistant with them... much easier said than done! happy friday.
Great advice! My issue in the past has been that I work out faithfully and enjoy it when I do, but then I hit the day that I say "I just don't feel like it today" and I skip a day. Then I skip another day. Before I know it a year has gone by (or 2 or 3 or 4).
Now, I am hoping that things have changed. My motivation is getting and keeping my back strong. I can't be stuck in bed unable to move. I work out almost every day. I walk on the treadmill or do yoga and try to walk to places nearby. We are lucky to live close to a lot of things we do.
Anyway, great vlog. Thank you for the inspiration!

I currently do the WiiFit and that's pretty good. I just hate how it's mean to me.

Great Advice, Fiona! We always think what worked for someone will work for me too, but we do need to find what works for ourself. ok...now off to exercise...
